Our history

Heuschmann & Partner mbB can look back on more than 60 years of existence. Dr. jur. utr. Rudolf Heuschmann founded our firm in 1955, which he later continued together with his son Frank Heuschmann. After a merger with the Munich law firm of Irmgard Fichtel, the firm Dr. Heuschmann, Fichtel & Kollegen, headquartered in Roding, emerged. In recent years we have concentrated increasingly on advising small and medium-sized businesses in Bavaria, in Germany, and beyond. For areas of law that we do not cover ourselves, we have developed an extensive network with the best colleagues in the respective fields of law, to whom we have flexible access. Since the 1st of January 2020, Frank Heuschmann and Florian Sackmann have been running the firm together. Since then, the firm has been operating under the name Heuschmann & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB.
